1. Service-Based Refunds
Our services — including but not limited to SEO, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Social Media Management, and App Development — are customized to your project requirements and business goals. As such:
- Once a project has been initiated and resources have been allocated, refunds are not possible.
- In the event of any dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to reach out to our team. We are always willing to discuss concerns and explore solutions to address the issue.
- If no work has commenced or no substantial resource investment has been made, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. No Refund for Completed Services
Once a service has been rendered, such as SEO audits, campaign management, web or app development milestones, or strategy consultations, no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel service subscriptions or ongoing projects by submitting a written request at least 7 days in advance.
- For monthly retainers or recurring services, cancellations must be requested before the renewal date. Failing to do so may result in charges for the next billing cycle.
4. Digital Products and Reports
Any digital deliverables such as analytics reports, keyword strategies, web assets, or other custom documents are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Payment Disputes
- Any billing or payment-related disputes must be reported to us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue promptly and respond with an appropriate resolution.
- We encourage clients to communicate directly with our team before initiating chargebacks or disputes via banks or payment gateways.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare or exceptional cases (such as service failure due to our fault), Astha Technologies may offer a refund or service credit. These are granted at the sole discretion of management.
